Lens Wide

A wide-angle lens is a lens with a wider-than-normal focal length range, typically around 10-22mm.
This is ideal for landscape photography, scenic views, or images requiring high detail.

However, a drawback of a wide-angle lens is that the image will appear convex or curved. This is noticeable in the horizon line, which won't be straight but will have a distorted, curved edge.

Beginners using wide-angle lenses should also pay attention to composition, as they might include unnecessary elements, resulting in cluttered images.

For those who love landscape photography, owning one is worthwhile. However, for those unsure of their preferred style,
a normal lens would be a better choice (see the next chapter for details on what a normal lens is).

Regarding equipment, I know of two options: the Canon 10-22mm (around 22,000 THB) and the Sigma 10-20mm (around 18,000 THB, if I remember correctly; please double-check the prices).
I'm not familiar with Nikon lenses; I would appreciate it if Nikon users could provide more information.
