Hotels and Travel guide in Phu Quoc Island Vitenam

Phu Quoc Island is the largest island in Vietnam, located in the Gulf of Thailand. It's famous as a "paradise island" or "pearl of southern Vietnam" because of its white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and stunning scenery. It's perfect for relaxing, watching sunsets, or swimming. The island covers approximately 574-589 square kilometers (slightly larger than Phuket) and has a population of around 180,000 (latest data). It's developing rapidly, with many luxury resorts, amusement parks, water parks, and new tourist attractions.

Traveling to Phu Quoc Island from Thailand: Direct flights from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi/Don Mueang) take only 1.5-2 hours. Several airlines operate this route, including VietJet Air, Bangkok Airways, and AirAsia.

Land at Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), take a taxi/shuttle to the city or your hotel (affordable).

Special advantage: Tourists of all nationalities can enter Phu Quoc without a 30-day visa (if traveling by air or cruise). (And you don't have to go off the island to the Vietnamese mainland.)
